Trace Young is one of the most credible voices in the NIL space. He began his college basketball career at Colorado State University before transferring to Louisiana State University (LSU), where he earned a degree in Business Marketing.

ESPN recognizes Trace as one of the top NIL earners in the country as he completed over 70 brand deals with major companies. His story was featured nationally in Amazon Prime’s The Money Game documentary series, where he starred alongside Livvy Dunne, Jayden Daniels, and Angel Reese. Trace was also invited to Washington, D.C. before the U.S. House of Representatives on NIL legislation reform, further solidifying his reputation as a leader in the space.

Trace has grown a social media following of hundreds of thousands across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, building his brand through authentic content. He helped guide teammates at both CSU and LSU through the NIL landscape, ultimately founding The 99, a company dedicated to empowering college athletes to maximize their opportunities and build a life beyond the jersey.

He is also the co-founder of Ballogy, a sports performance platform developed with his father to help people elevate in their sport and fitness.

Jackson Young is a native of Kerrville, Texas. He began his collegiate basketball journey at Texas A&M before transferring to Hawaii Pacific and ultimately SMU.

At SMU, Jackson made headlines in January 2024 when he was awarded a full athletic scholarship after maintaining a perfect 4.0 GPA which was featured on national television. He went on to complete both a Master’s in Liberal Studies and a Bachelor’s in Sports Management from SMU, graduating with distinction.

Off the court, Jackson was an early adopter of NIL opportunities, completing 30+ partnerships, building a personal brand that reflects his strategic thinking and entrepreneurial drive.
